Phytoloacca Dec. - BREAST FEEDING - Engorgement, painful nipples, plugged ducts

ADD ON - Cocculus Indicus -This remedy is often helpful to those who feel “too tired to sleep” after long-term sleep loss—from getting up with an infant, or chronic worry and insomnia. The person may also feel weak and dizzy, irritable, or tearful

Sambucus Nigra - Indicated in disorders of the respiratory system, chronic cases of cough, snotty nose, head cold

Hepar Sulfuris - Relieves painful, hoarse, dry cough, tonsilitius, broncitis with hoarse coughing. Pink eye as well.

Aconitum Napel - Sudden onsets, high fevers, colds, sore

throats, coughs & inflammatory conditions earaches, headaches

Hydrastis - Sinus infection, sinusitis.  When sinus blocked and filled with fluid causing facial pain, nasal congestion, heading & feeling of pressure in face/head.

ADD ON 5 PAK - Influenzium - At onset of chills, aches or when exposed to someone with flu.  Vomitting, overall fluish.

Aurum - Despair. A black cloud over everything. No hope of recovery or desire to. There may be feelings of anger and betrayal. During the evening feelings will become more intense​

Ignatia - Immediate grief with shock. Overwhelming emotions which feel difficult to manage. Lots of sighing, swallowing and you may feel a lump in your throat.  May prefer to be alone where you will be able to cry.

Staphysagria - Resentment and anger about having something taken away. May feel abused and will be quick to blame others for feelings of loss. Will dwell on events which may have resulted in loss.

Arnica Montana - reduce pain, inflammation,bruises, sprains, muscle aches, wound healing, superficial phlebitis, joint pain, inflammation from insect bites, and swelling from broken bones. Can be taken before dentist too reduce swelling

Sepia - hot flashes, emotional, irritability, vaginal dryness, prolapse.  The hot flushes typically rise upwards from the chest, come on suddenly, and are accompanied by faintness and feelings of weakness.  The symptoms may also be associated with anxiety or irritability (especially with partner).  Sepia is one of the main remedies for irregular bleeding in perimenopause.
